These towns could be recovered and taken back if needed. They prefer to try and keep these communities together because it’s easier for surveillance.

As I understand it a good percentage of the first generation immigrants to the towns mentioned (and similar) were from poor rural areas with not much education but a hard work ethic entwined with a proclivity to be well into straunchly held and, dare I say it, 'backwards' religious beliefs, whereas if they'd come from urban areas they may have been a bit more liberal in some of their attitudes and assimilated a bit better.

Just googled Ed Husain. He is at Georgetown and His mentor was Roger Scrutton. Roger Scrutton was a fantastic man with a fantastic mind. Ed is from Limehouse, I need to know whether he supports West Ham or not before I look into this further but his pedigree suggests he is worth reading.
Got to keep in mind that the more sensational snippets will be pushed to sell the books though, and I wouldn’t rely on anecdotes to shape my worldview.

Interesting that every time a Labour spokesman spouts 'RACIST' at the hint of descent, they slip further in the polls
Migration here over the centuries has made what these islands had became, current migration trends and carpet sweeping are reversing that
It's even more interesting that a raving but true leftist like Galloway is opposed to unfettered migration and recognizes the damage it does to the existing balance of ethnicity and infrastructure
Oh and I have traveled the country extensively, and on top of those Caliphs you can chuck Bury Park, Luton for starters - there are more, many more but they tend to correlate with current Covid outbreaks, so we can only watch how 'demographic' the virus mortality is

Seeing as you know Bury Park you can endorse my view on Luton. When I lived down the rd from the town centre (1988/2000) it got to the point where if I had to take my kids shopping I'd go to MK or even London rather than 4 miles up the road to the Arndale. God only now's what it's like now.

I know/knew Luton well
As a lad we floated about various clubs for the music, Luton was always known for good DJ's and descrete clubs but it was like High Wycombe, West Indian and specifically Jamaican lad centric, not openly welcome, hostile to the regular white lad, but if you stood your ground and did not take liberties, receptive, and then accepting when they acknowledged you were there for the right reason and would defend the place when it went off with outsiders - good earthy places with proper people of that 'scene'
Thereafter, I worked for a business on the Dallow Rd Ind Estate, so had a close exposure to Bury Park
It was then iffy, almost entirely non white but with a strong number of West Indians and Indians present among the overt Muslim community, reminded me of what Green St had become before we moved, never felt overly threatened although watched my step, specifically when using the outstanding Indian jewelers
Over a period then of 30 months it changed, the red light area, Pleat's gaffe, was closed down, the Indians and West Indians evaporated and the halal butchers etc took over, it became distinctly tricky during the day, for a bloke in his prime and who knew his way, it was openly hostile
That was way back, driven through it regularly and it is just another world now, still 'ethnic' but a morph between Kabul/Mogadishu and Islamabad - previously furtive glances are now threatening stares, and that's with me driving 2 tonnes of metal, fuck walking that at night

Its a real problem but one we can deal with if we really want to or need to.
We could still muster a force that would run those Muslim extremists ragged in any given town if necessary.
But we will need to do it within next 5 - 10 years otherwise it could get beyond our ability.
